I'm in my small workshop deep in a new project. My bro recently got himself a used Suzuki GSXR K8 swingarm and planning to adapt it to a different bike he was customizing.

He asked me to help him, now I needed precise measurements to ensure proper fitment and alignment. Does anyone here know the swingarm's center to center length?

I'd highly suggest you physically measure it yourself if you have the swingarm in hand.
Even if someone gives you a number, there can be tiny variations or differences in how people measure (e.g., exactly where the center of the axle slot is defined). Given it's going into a custom project, precision matters big time for chain tension, wheel alignment, and suspension linkage. It's always best to verify with your own tools to avoid any headaches down the line!

This is the closest answer I know too. Though it really depends on which exact model and how it's measured. Best bet is to confirm with calipers or a straight edge if you have the swingarm on hand, just to be safe for alignment and pivot fitment.

I built a custom cafe a while ago using an older GSX-R swingarm, and I quickly learned that while factory specs can be pretty close, nothing beats measuring things yourself. It definitely helped me avoid a chain alignment disaster
