Could there be a market for reproduced old GSXR parts?

I've been thinking, if someone could reproduce the factory mirrors for the '87 to '94 GSXR models and actually get them right, do you think there'd be a market for it? I mean, there are so many little hard to find pieces on these bikes that just aren't available anymore, and sometimes a tiny part can make or break a restoration. I'm not talking about huge aftermarket overhauls just the small stuff that keeps these bikes looking and running like they should. Mirrors, levers, maybe some rare plastic clips things like that.

Would love to hear if you guys think it's worth exploring or if the market is too niche.

You're right, it's a niche market, but the people in it are incredibly passionate and dedicated.
Restorers and builders are always looking for small, hard to find OEM parts that make a bike 'correct.'
These are the people who will gladly pay a premium for a perfect, factory style mirror or a complete set of plastic clips. If you can get the quality right, the demand is definitely there

There could be a market, but its limited since not many of these bikes are around and even fewer need mirrors. You'd likely need to produce them on a made-to-order basis and copyright issues might be something to watch out for
