Need help ID'ing swapped engine in '91 GSX-R 1100 project

So, I just picked up a beat-up '91 GSX-R 1100 for a winter project. The engine isn't the original one, and I'm trying to figure out what I'm actually working with here. The previous owner mentioned something about a Bandit swap, but there's no paperwork or anything solid to back that up

Does anyone know any quick visual clues I could use to tell if it's a Bandit 1200 engine or the stock one? I could really use the help

I think the easiest tell is the oil cooler lines. Bandit motors usually have smaller ones and a different routing. Also, check the valve cover shape and clutch cover. Banded engines kinda have a more rounded look.

If it's a Bandit 1200 swap, you'll usually spot the tell right by the oil cooler lines and the clutch cover, Bandits are beefier there, but let's be real: without papers, it's half detective work, half guesswork
