Wiring harness issues after sitting for years

So after several years of my dad's old bike sitting, I was finally able to bring it back to life, did all the fluids, fresh battery, plugs, etc and she turns over fine, but I'm chasing some electrical issues that have me looking hard at the wiring harness, I'm getting weird intermittent power to the dash, and sometimes no fuel pump prime unless I jiggle the harness near the headstock

Problems like these are usually result if damaged connectors or poor ground

Why do you think the issue only shows up when you move the harness, have you checked for internal breaks or stressed connectors near the steering pivot?
